Eric Krapf

As QuEST’s Business Head of Europe, Eric leads the group of Virtual Business Units (VBUs) in the region, and provides direction to the VBU P&L leaders to create value for our customers.

Passionate about listening, understanding and creating successful collaboration models with clients, he leads diverse teams across the globe, aligning culture, strategy and structure to facilitate agile collaboration and learning.

Eric comes with over 25 years of experience in the global services industry and has held senior leadership positions at Atos, Wipro, DXC, Tata Consultancy Services and AXA. He has handled various responsibilities for these organizations, including P&L ownership for business with global customers across Digital, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial & IT services. Eric is working with top executives and entrepreneurs of the customer organizations.

Eric studied Psychology and Economics, and holds an EMBA from the University of Zurich. He serves as an expert for business plan evaluation at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and is a sought speaker at international business conventions.
