At QuEST Care for the people is in our DNA and the QuEST culture manifests itself in action when it is practiced every day at work. Employees at QuEST align with the organization's belief in caring for people and our volunteering programs have helped to construct a direct bridge between people and the community, encouraging employees to put their interests, skill-sets, and time to solve community challenges. It has acted as a force to improve the lives of those in need, promoting community wellbeing. Questians have spared no effort in providing support to people in need during the pandemic. Other than attending to the medical needs of the infected - be it arranging hospital beds, oxygen supplies, medical kits or ambulances, volunteers from QuEST have ensured that the families of the Questians get all necessary support during their recovery.

“These are very trying days for all of us, especially to the police force and healthcare workers who are trying to curb the spread of COVID-19 across the country. All our frontline warriors have been working tirelessly in conditions of extreme risk to keep our citizens safe. We are very thankful to QuEST for supporting us with this initiative,”
“The healthcare professionals and law enforcement personnel are the most vulnerable group of people during these times when COVID-19 is spreading across the country. Their health and wellbeing must be taken care of to ensure that these frontline warriors are safe and healthy. We are glad to be part of this initiative that will ensure the wellbeing of police personnel in the city. This is a very noble initiative taken by QuEST to support the Bengaluru City Police who have been working relentlessly since the very start of the outbreak.”
